Estes Park is only minutes away from RMNP. There are two stations accessible from Estes Park. One station is called the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station where you can find out more about Rocky Mountain National Park at the Visitors Center. This station is off Highway 66 Bypass/Moraine Avenue - approximately 2 miles south west of downtown. The second station is called the Fall River Entrance Station which is approximately four miles to the west of Estes Park. There is also a parking area for hiking at the Wild Basin trailhead which is approximately 19 miles to the south of Estes Park on highway 7.
