The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms outfitted with luxurious down bedding & high count linens. This property has a much welcomed second bathroom in the main area with tub/shower combo. Bathrooms have grab bars for your security and ease of mind. Comfortable and open living room with vaulted ceilings, queen sofa sleeper, dining table, gas fireplace, TV, DVD, Stereo, WI-FI and large south facing deck with patio furniture to relax after a long day, or to invigorate for the day while enjoying coffee. BBQ close by or pool side while enjoying a swim in the seasonal outdoor heated pool. Conveniently located only a 1/2 mile from the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 3 1/2 miles west of Estes Park. This is a privately owned condo located within a lodging facility. You will not need to check in at the registration, we will take care of you from start to finish! There will be a request for an additional 5.5% Local Marketing Tax which is required once booked.
